Set on a cobbled street just steps from the harbour quays, it offers all the charm of southern Brittany. Spread over several floors, the 170 m² home features bright, generous living spaces, a large lounge with a wood stove opening onto a private terrace, and a fully equipped new open kitchen. Four bedrooms: a master suite with dressing room and private shower room, a guest room with private shower room, a large room with two king beds, and a further guest room with a king bed. A rare bonus in this pedestrian area: a private parking space just 100 m away. Restaurants, bars, shops and the market are all within walking distance, and you are close to the Gulf of Morbihan, Carnac, Quiberon and Vannes. Pets welcome. Non-smoking indoors.
