On the ground floor: entrance, living room with wood stove and table football, dining room and equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed, a separate shower room and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: four bedrooms (three with a 140x190 cm double bed and one with a 160x200 cm double bed), two separate shower rooms, two separate toilets and on the landing a sleeping area with a 140x190 cm sofa bed.

You can enjoy 2500 m² of garden with its relaxation lounge, garden furniture and barbecue, pétanque ground, landscaped labyrinth, two boats (4 people) available for strolling on the Essonne river at the bottom of the garden, the private heated swimming pool (open from May to the end of September depending on weather conditions, 7x3.70m, 1m58 deep, salt water, heated between 27°C and 28°C), deckchairs...
