Luxury environmentally friendly apartment with outstanding living spaces....

The winter whales playing in the bay are clearly visible from the balcony, along with views of Seine Bay, Flinders Bay and the Blackwood River mouth. The Augusta boardwalk is a short walk away. It is a lovely walk to the crystal clear waters of Flinders Bay jetty and the Ellis Street jetty.

There are other attractions in Augusta, The birdlife is very active up and down the river, the dolphins can be seen cruising the river and there are fish to catch in the river and ocean.

The modern two storey apartment is light, spacious, comfortable and very functional.

The lower level has a gourmet kitchen and large alfresco balcony and BBQ

A good location in the town centre and walking distance to cafes and the pub. Augusta is a great place to visit in winter as it is quiet. The lighthouse is a must to visit. Cannot fault the trip.

Great location, lovely apartment.

Courtyard garden needs pruning. Garage & both balconies & outdoor furniture & general entry areas (gate & above front door) need to be cleaned of spiderwebs. View of river/ocean is only from bedroom balcony & not general living area ☹.
