Masters rental 0.95miles from course

The house was built in fall of 2012 and I purchased it in Dec. 2012. It is new construction, decorated and inspected, some of the furniture still has the labels on. The location is one of its major advantages. It is a straight drive of only 1.95 miles from the Augusta National Golf Course or less than a mile Birds Eye. It takes me about 3 minutes on a regular day. Shopping, restaurants, cinema and other entertainment is close by. The house has 3 bed rooms (3 queen beds - sleeps 6 and 2 full size beds - sleep 2) and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with all utencils, plates, and cookware. The open layout lets you oversee the dining area as well as the living room from the kitchen. In the living room you can enjoy watching TV while relaxing on a beautiful sofa set. A steam washer and dryer set is on site in a laundry room. A nice sized gas grill and patio furniture are in a fenced-in back yard.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
