U-shaped kitchen features a double oven stainless range, granite counters, island with seating, fully stocked Fridge, and walk-in pantry! Off the back hall features a built-in desk with computer and a laundry room with storage/utility sink. Hardwoods throughout the main level living areas! Upper level owner's suite features a tray ceiling, separate vanities with granite tops, jetted tub, & walk-in shower! 3 additional bedrooms with 2 full baths, and a loft area. Flat, fenced-in yard is great for children at play & also features a patio for entertaining! Gated neighborhood, close proximity to Riverwatch & I-20 Savannah Rapids. Short distance from local eateries, Publix, Top Golf, & Costco! Only 3.4 miles from Augusta Nationals!
