A pot belly stove will keep you beautifully warm over the cooler months with wood supplied.
Cowrie is well appointed self contained 3 bedroom 2 bathroom chalet located in Leeuwin Lane. Leeuwin Lane runs through to Seine Bay, the colour Patch and the iconic river walkway, and a short walk to the local Pub and Supermarket.
There is a master Queen bedroom and en suite down stairs, a Queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds (suitable only for children) upstairs. Down stairs is the second bathroom, kitchen, dinning and lounge room. There is a fully enclosed courtyard and a lock up garage.
Facilities / Amenities
Max car space available 2 - 1 in garage and 1 directly outside garage. The parking space would also be suitable for 1 car and a river dingy.
Refundable pet bond = $100 - Dogs are welcome by arrangement ( 2 max.).

Please no dogs in bedrooms or on beds
No dogs on furniture/sofas
All dog hair cleaned completely or extra charges will be incurred for cleaning. This cost will be deducted from your bond. The dog bond is $100 and will be part of your bond if not taken separately.

Great position. Easy walk to waterfront and town. Well equiped kitchen and a good bbq in courtyard. Beds were comfortable. Perfect place to relax.

Great location
We’ll presented property with everything you needed. Nice small outdoor area where you can bbq or enjoy the evening.
Close to the river, and Turners caravan park. Short uphill walk to the shops.
The fish factory was great for fresh fish but the pub was pretty average food wise.
Overall a great place to stay.

Lovely winter getaway
Well situated in a quiet and leafy spot, with all the essentials for a great winter holiday: Garage full of firewood for the slow combustion stove; Roasting pans and full mod cons kitchen for the slow cooked roast lamb and chocolate pudding; washer and dryer as well as drying and airing room for the smokey wet bedraggled camping gear; a short walk to the river mouth with cafe and beautiful boardwalk, friendly and helpful staff to assist us through the true country experience of storm blackouts. Augusta is a magnificent destination for its natural beauty and unspoilt country charm.
