The home accommodates 7 guests with 1 King bed, 1 Double and 3 Twins. AC units in each bedroom as well as the living area. Washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, and cable included. Roof deck above the garage is the perfect place to grill and relax.

The couch was very low and squisshy. No support. We both got back aches. There was no comfortable chair in the living room.

Amazing Beach House and Pet Friendly!
This property is perfect for our family and pup. The house was just as described, clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was great and the keyless entry was perfect. There were six beach tags, beach chairs, cooler bags, plenty of towels and pretty much anything else you would need for the beach. We will definitely be packing lighter next time. The beach, a quick 4 block walk away, allows dogs on leash from 7:00PM to 9:00PM. Dogs are not permitted on the boardwalk at anytime. After checkout on our last day, we went to the Longport (Malibu) Dog Beach for some off leash fun before the car ride home. We look forward to many more rentals for years to come.
