Couldn’t check into property until 4:30. Cleaners left front door wide open while there and house was full of mosquitos and got bit all weekend. Asked if linens were provided and they were but were all burned with bleach and felt like sandpaper. TVs didn’t work. Place was cool but lacked attention to detail. Bring your own towels and linens.

We enjoyed the house with some exceptions. Bare minimum with essentials compared to other properties and no outlets in kitchen. Outside trash cans need lids especially in summer months very unpleasant.

Cute house and located in nice neighborhood but was on a very busy road. Upon arrival there was at least 2 weeks of trash and recyables on the front porch. We had to contact the host a couple times to get it taken care of but it was handled. There was also fur on the sheets and couches but we had brought our own detergent and were able to wash them. Make sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and some cleaning products. Beds were comfy but only 1 pillow per person so make sure to bring an extra along. Was a good stay in all!

Comfortable space for a group. No furnished outdoor space though. Kitchen was minimally stocked along with towels and paper products, but this was mentioned in other reviews and we were prepared for it. Overall a great stay for the area.

First Beach House Experience

Lovely home 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms perfect for our family. I read the reviews prior & the house is pretty limited on house/kitchen supplies so we brought a lot of stuff from home. Lots of space, and we loved the sunroom. It’s newly renovated & it looks like they converted the garage into a room which was cool, but the driveway was short since we had 3 cars total. There is street parking but it’s on a high traffic road on a tight turn. Overall, pretty close to OC and had a wonderful experience.

Fun bach weekend but had things missing

We booked this location 6 months ago for my bachelorette weekend. We had a mix of moms and younger people. The place was clean and check in was simple. But be warned you will need to purchase many items on your shopping trip. Such as: Toilet paper limited Towels limited Wash clothes limited Cleaning supplies Dust pan Broom Mop Paper towels limited Mixing bowls VERY limited coffee cups only 4 Throw blankets Pillows limited Instructions for the coffee maker Coffee and coffee filters The place was livable and worked for our purpose, but we wish we didn’t have to purchase items for our stay. We do recommend staying here. I hope this was helpful for future renters!

Great looking house

House was amazing only issue we had was toilets would not flush can hear bubbling by kitchen sink and water would leak out of the cabinet under sink other then that very nice area and comfortable stay to sleep after all night in the casino
