Victorian Beach House Paradise

Charming Victorian beach house just 1 block from the boardwalk and 5 minutes from Atlantic City. This home features a wrap around porch with comfy furniture perfect for that morning coffee, spacious living room, kitchen, and formal dining area. The 3 master suites and 2 additional bedrooms are bright and inviting. The fenced backyard includes a firepit with adirondack chairs. This home is a perfect family retreat with easy beach access and close proximity to all Atlantic City attractions!

Our home is literally 1 block from the beach and features 3 master suites and 2 additional bedrooms that share a bathroom.
The kitchen and formal dining rooms are spacious and the dining room can comfortably seat 10.

Enjoy the wrap around deck anytime time of day. There are plenty of rocking chairs, lounge chairs and a loveseat seats for you to relax in.

Our fenced in backyard space is an oasis that includes a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, 2 decks, 2 BBQ’s, an outdoor dining table and chairs, a comfy sectional with an outdoor TV.

We also include beach chairs, beach caddie, beach umbrellas, and 5 beach passes for you to enjoy!

Our guests have access to 3 floors of bright airy space where everyone is comfortable.

Once you book a stay, I will provide my cell number that you can call anytime.
We have a property manager close by that can assist with anything you need help with.

The house was lovely and would likely be even better in the summer. There were a couple of unforeseen complications with some work on the house taking longer than anticipated, and extremely cold weather all at the same time. The host was very nice and EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE to my requests.

We had a great stay at this property. It was spacious and met all our needs. Our communication with Sunil before our stay was timely and detailed. The owner continues to make improvements in all the right places. For those familiar with properties in Ventnor City, street parking will be at a premium. But the walk to beach and other stores is reasonable.

I don't often stay at places with so few reviews, but as my family was renting in the height of summer, and we only needed to rent for a few nights (as opposed to a full week), I didn't have a choice. Fortunately for me, all turned out well.I didn't know much about the area in general, but my family was very happy with the location. The beach is an easy walk, it isn't crowded, and the owners have plenty of beach passes and parking passes to offer. They also supply some beach chairs and umbrellas.The pictures on the site are pretty accurate. It's an older home (as I'm guessing most are in the neighborhood), but it's kept clean, and it has plenty of room. We ran into a few minor hiccups, as always seems to happen, but the owner was extremely communicative and he immediately dealt with any issues immediately and to our satisfaction.I would stay here again were I to go back to Ventnor City.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Spacious, comfortable, clean home,great outdoor space, close proximity to beach. Host very responsive. We were a lg family so parking was difficult. The block and surrounding areas require parking permits. Our host was able to supply us with a couple of extra passes, but parking was difficult possibly because it was a holiday week. Would recommend
