We love the location—the beach is just one block away! We wake up to a beautiful sunrise and enjoy coffee with peaceful ocean views and sounds.

Our 3-level townhouse offers plenty of space for the whole family, and please note, we have a no-pet policy to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

ABOUT BRIGANTINE:
Brigantine is a quiet, charming beach community and is not a beach party town. There's no boardwalk and minimal bars, most stores are not open late-, and the night times are very quiet. The beach is clean, with friendly people, and the local small businesses usually go above and beyond to serve their customers.

PARTY AND NOISE DISCLAIMER:
Our next-door neighbors are friendly, quiet, and respectful. We enjoy sharing our home with like-minded families that value peaceful family environments. If you're looking to host a party or go wild and make some noise, I'm sorry, our home is not for you.

Many of our neighbors live here full-time. Our dedication to them and the community is that we will not allow a party house, excessively loud/disrespectful guests, or any illegal activities on the property. We will strictly enforce all rules related to outdoor & indoor noise levels, quiet times, parking, & occupancy levels. Any violations of ours or city regulations may risk security deposit forfeiture. The City of Brigantine also does not tolerate party houses, illegal activities, or noise complaints. Brigantine Police have issued summons and fines in the past to renters AND homeowners!

Amazing Stay & Location

Look no further then this! Amazing host and location. Easy check in and everything is updated and new! Decks are a great ending spot for a day in AC or the beach and the backyard Weber grills worked fantastic. We will be back again for sure!

We stayed in this lovely property for a girls weekend trip. The property was immaculately clean - you could literally eat off the floor. It is 3 levels with bedrooms on top and bottom floors, and then an amazing space on second floor with a well stocked kitchen, large dining table and cozy tv/game area. The primary bedroom suite was luxurious- large comfy bed, large bathroom with soaking tub, walk in closets, balcony. You can hear the ocean from the balconies on 2nd and 3rd floors! The hosts thought of everything - beach chairs, nice linens in beds, nice towels, well stocked kitchen with spices, fresh sponge, coffee station. Great communication with the hosts as well - quick responses. This is a nice quiet part of town - easily walkable to pirates den restaurant. Also the beach at this end of brigantine is really nice and easy to access. Highly recommend!

Jim and Amy’s home is the place to stay in Brigantine Beach. My wife and I, our infant, and my parents loved our stay at their home. Three floors were perfect for a family to each have their own space. Owners were very responsive. The home is walking distance to a great part of the beach.

Quick break in Brig

We booked a last minute get away in Brigantine and lucked out with this wonderful rental. Everything my family needed was provided: beach toys, linens, coffee, cleaning supplies. It’s a quick walk to the beach in a very quiet residential area.

Lovely beach house

We really enjoyed our visit! The house was just as it appeared in the photos, and was very well-appointed, making it a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay. It was a very short walk to the beach, which is visible from the balcony. The neighborhood was also nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing.

Another wonderful stay!

Our 2nd year at this property and it was wonderful again. The house is clean, young child safe, numerous amenities and just a short walk to the beach. The beach was great this year, bigger and better for the kids to play. Owners are responsive and have really thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We will be back!

Fantastic Beach Stay

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay. The property is perfectly located a block away from the beach and a few walkable blocks from the Pirates Den restaurant. The house is one of the most well-equipped accommodations I have ever stayed in - the hosts have thought of everything. You can really see the thought and care that went into decorating, renovating and equipping the home. It is bright, clean and perfect for a beach getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The property also has mostly everything you would need. Quiet, clean, perfect for families

We had a great stay. The house was clean, quiet and inviting. The house came equipped with everything we needed for us and our young children (kid plates/cups, baby gates, sand toys, beach wagon) which made packing much easier. Definitely recommend and hope to return.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautiful and clean. It had all accommodations. We had our 4 year old and 15 month old and we’re so thankful for baby gates, kids dishes and toys. Brigantine beach is an amazing place. Owners were quick to answer with any questions.

Wonderful stay!

My family and I loved staying at Jim and Amy’s. The house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed inside (kitchen, linens) and outside (grill, propane, beach chairs and an umbrella). It felt like we were in a nice hotel. Jim and Amy were very accommodating and prompt to respond to questions. I would like to mention this was our first time staying at the north end of brigantine and the beach is very very narrow, meaning there was nowhere to go during high tide without getting wet, and there were many greenhead flies which we never experienced in our years staying on the south end. Other than that our stay was perfect! Highly recommend.

Fantastic property

My family and I spent a wonderful week at this house. It’s so spacious and immaculate. The kitchen is fully stocked, even had dishes for children. It’s was so convenient not to have to bring your own towels or bedding. There’s a wagon with beach chairs and they even provided beach tags. He beach is a block and a half away which is fantastic. You can see the ocean from the house. We were six adults and 2 babies and there was plenty of room for all of us. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this home for a vacation or quick getaway. I certainly plan on on returning!
