The Space:

Picture a slow morning with coffee at the kitchen island before your group heads out for a walk to the beach. Spend the day by the water, explore the Boardwalk, then come back to shower, change, and decide what the evening holds: dinner together at home, a meal at a nearby Ventnor restaurant, or a night out in Atlantic City.

The living area gives everyone a place to relax after a full day, with comfortable seating and a Smart TV for streaming. The dining table seats eight, with additional seating at the kitchen island. The kitchen has standard appliances, cookware, utensils, and a coffee maker, so you can prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a group dinner. A washer and dryer are in the hall closet between the kitchen and living room.

For an easy evening in, step out from the kitchen to the private patio. There’s outdoor seating and a BBQ grill for sharing a meal after the beach.

When it’s time to turn in, the four bedrooms are on the upper level of the unit:

- Bedroom 1: King bed

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed

- Bedroom 3: Queen bed

- Bedroom 4: Queen bed and twin bed

Fresh linens, pillows, and duvets are provided. The home also has two full bathrooms with a shower or tub, bath towels, and starter toilet paper. WiFi, Smart TVs, coffee, and starter household supplies help you settle in.

Guest Access:

You’ll have access to the entire second unit, which occupies levels two and three of the home. This includes all four bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, and the unit’s private outdoor space.

Driveway parking is available, along with two street parking passes. Check-in is typically self check-in through a smart lock; instructions will be provided before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Lower Chelsea puts the shore within easy reach. The beach and Boardwalk are about two blocks away, making it simple to head out for a morning walk, return home for lunch, and go back for an evening stroll. Restaurants in nearby Ventnor offer another option for dinner, while Atlantic City’s casinos, nightlife, and entertainment are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

You can walk to the beach and Boardwalk, and reach nearby restaurants on foot or by car. The casinos are approximately a 10–15 minute drive, depending on your destination and traffic. Driveway parking and two street parking passes are available for guests traveling with vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

We want your arrival to be smooth and the home to be ready for a comfortable stay. Before check-in, you’ll be asked to complete guest verification with Truvi, our third-party provider. Truvi will contact you by email and/or text with the steps.

We’ll also send a short-term rental agreement through PandaDoc. We’ll ask for an email address to send the agreement outside Airbnb; please sign it before arrival. The person making the reservation must be the same person whose payment card is used to confirm the booking.



House guidelines and practical details

- The minimum age to book is 24.

- Parties and events are not permitted.

- Quiet hours are 9 PM–8 AM.

- Parking includes the driveway and two street parking passes.

- Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

- Starter supplies include paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, and trash bags. These are intended to get your stay started; longer stays may require additional supplies.



The beach and Boardwalk are about two blocks away. You’ll also be within reach of Ventnor restaurants, Tropicana, and Atlantic City dining and nightlife. Other area attractions include Steel Pier, Island Waterpark, Tanger Outlets, Boardwalk Hall, and the Atlantic City Convention Center.



Interaction with Guests:

We want you to feel at home and have the freedom to enjoy Atlantic City at your own pace. You’ll typically check in using a smart lock, and we’ll send your arrival instructions before your stay.
