Rare Single Family California Coastal in OCNJ with great bay & preserve views
This 2 story single family designer California coastal style home with attached garage and fenced yard is located in the Merion Park neighborhood of OCNJ. 3 decks and huge windows provide ample views of the bay and nature preserve surrounding the property. This modern home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths (plus an outdoor shower) and a separate loft for the kids. The home was originally built in 2013 by the architect who first inhabited the residence. This is not a typical rental. The owner is looking for a family excited about enjoying all that OCNJ has to offer. The home is a short (~1/2 mile) bike ride to the beach. It's fully stocked with everything you need for your vacation including: 7 bikes, a baby bike trailer, 4 beach chairs, and 6 beach tags.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a balcony and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a microwave.
