You are to local grocery stores, Publix, Target, Kroger. Bed, Bath and Beyond and ROSS department stores. Barnes and Noble is about 8 minutes away from this location. Its plenty of parking, restaurants and shopping. The Beltline is just outside our building. There is fun in the neighborhood along with plenty of smiles, biking, walking and people watching. Don’t forget to put on your walking shoes and bring your camera to take pictures. It’s unforgettable.

Unresponsive host, still waiting on full refund

I was scheduled to stay at this property for a couple of months when the host, Angela, texted me week-of the reservation letting me know she double-booked and could no longer accommodate my party. After multiple attempts to reach her and having my messages ignored, she still had not cancelled the reservation or refunded me day-of. Even after contacting VRBO support, there had been no changes to my reservation. Since it was non-refundable if I were to cancel, I was made to wait until Angela took accountability on her end in order to get my money back. There was no additional compensation for the last-minute troubles or an apology - I’m only able to review the property because she has still not cancelled, and I still have not been fully refunded or responded to. Pretty disappointing. Loved Atlanta, though!

Nice place, managed horribly

Great place and location but property host was very unprofessional. Expect delays and unexpected fees after stay dealing with Angela. Wouldn’t book with her again.
