This bright, airy, open-concept 3/2 sits on 2 acres in Smyrna, GA, and a straight shot to Braves stadium and The Battery entertainment district. The home was recently renovated, has a huge covered deck and an expansive back yard. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there is an office / sunroom, with windows on 3 side and a separate entrance.

The home is nicely equipped, with a new oven & stove, a washer and dryer on-site and black-out blinds in all bedrooms.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 1.5 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a microwave.
