Great amount of beds/bathrooms for our group. Walkable to convention center, restaurants, aquarium, park. Quick responses from the owners. We will stay here again if our event is in Atlanta again next year.

Great Location!

Great location because you are close to everything. The description is perfect. Like mentioned the building in older but the condo is renovated.

Fit our needs!

Despite current renovations underway, the unit offered everything my family needed for our 3 day stay and was a quick 15-20 minute walk to everywhere we needed to be downtown.

Almost perfect

Great place overall but with a few issues. When we arrived, the floor felt very sticky and it never seemed to go away. One of the showers was broken: the shower and tub faucets ran at the same time, so the tub would fill faster than it drained. Also, both showers only had extreme temperature (very hot or very cold).

Excellent walking location

Easy walking to bars and restaurants, clean apartment, very organized and clean sheets! Felt safe and management was very responsive. I would definitely book again

Older cozy condo

The Host was great at responding, however there are some upgrades and maintenance the condo could use. Location was in the heart of everything. I would definitely put up the extra cash for something newer next visit.

Not happy at all

We couldn’t believed to find the property wasn’t clean after check in time. We were told that there was no available condo and would have to wait 4 hours to have someone come and clean the condo. We had to wait for a 1 bedroom condo to be available after waiting for an hour to stay the first night for a family of 4. Asked for compensation and have yet to received any response from property manager. Not happy then and still not happy now.

Enjoyed our stay!

Really enjoyed our stay. Appreciated the helpful and quick responses. Excellent communication between me and the property manager. The property was in right downtown, and close by to everything that we needed. One parking spot available with our stay was very convenient. The rental itself was clean and resembled the photos exactly. Highly recommend if you need a nice spot in town.

Review

The condo was very clean. Although both this isn’t the owners fault, it should be disclosed that the whole building is the same temperature . Microwave sparked . Wen decided we Didnt needn’t so wasn’t a big deal, but could have been safety issue had we walked away from the appliance & didn’t stop it. Maybe just check those regularly.Owner was very apologetic & easy to communicate with .
