Overall, we thought the property was really great for a relaxing getaway to the Central Coast! It is close to all of the fantastic towns in SLO County and easy access to the freeway. We thought the house was well appointed and worked out really well for our family.A few minor notes, we did have to purchase sponges for washing dishes and there were a load of towels still in the dryer upon our arrival that we had to find. One recommendation would be to have your gardener adjust your irrigation timing to water in the overnight hours. The back yard sprinklers were coming on in the 7-8pm time frame right when we wanted to use the backyard lawn area. Thank you!

Great property and location

We had a great trip. The house was spacious and nicely decorated, and a great outdoor space. The location was perfect - we had our dog and it was easy access to walk around Atascadero Lake, and just a quick drive to all the locations we explored - Morro Bay, Paso Robles and SLO.

A lake in the backyard?

Well, almost. Delightful, large playground and picnic areas and lake across the street; fun little zoo, too. House is more than spacious with its own outdoor and indoor play areas. Spot on clean, quiet area, terrific communication with the host, An easy pick for a return getaway.

Wonderful stay

We stayed at this property as we were in the area for a wedding with family and it was very spacious with a great layout. Location was ideal next to the park, a short drive to the beach, and other amenities. Would recommend and stay again when visiting.
