Tucked into a residential pocket of Luque just outside Asunción, the apartment puts guests within easy reach of the area's main park, the international airport, and greater Asunción's retail core.

- Ñu Guazú Park — Luque's largest urban green space (about 25 hectares, with a 5 km jogging path, a 1.2 km bike path, and soccer/basketball/volleyball/tennis courts) is roughly a 10-minute drive.

- Silvio Pettirossi International Airport (ASU), Paraguay's main airport, is also about 10 minutes away by car — convenient for early departures or late arrivals.

- Shopping del Sol, one of greater Asunción's largest malls (retail, dining, and cinema), is roughly 15-20 minutes by car.

Local bus lines connect Luque to central Asunción and neighboring districts, but route and stop details are worth confirming for a specific trip; guests without a car should plan on rideshare for the most predictable travel times.
