It’s got all the things we wanted: historic property (unique stacked flat), close to downtown (short walk to basically everything), reasonable rate. Couple drawbacks: no sound system for the tv, no dvd player remote, blinds in very poor condition throughout the unit.

Check in was smooth and easy. Cool older building, view of the river from the front window. Location was great! Close to everything. Check out Dead man’s isle. Very cool Tiki bar. Would stay again.

Great place to stay and very conveniently located. There was construction across the street so initially it was difficult to find street parking. Once the construction workers left we were able to park right out front. Beautiful view and we had a family of mule deer (including two fawns) eating the flowers on the lawn. Very special.

Perfect place in Astoria

Clean and spacious apartment perfect for our needs. The location cannot be beat in Astoria. View of the water and walking distance to so many breweries, restaurants and coffee shops. Very good communications and clear instructions for the unit.

The property itself was absolutely clean and beautiful. The the flat that was reserved for us was immaculate very well maintained, and the hosts were delightful. The hosts were prompt and answering any questions or attending to anything that myself or my guests needed. They left the most fabulous binder that told us everything we need to know and then some about the places and people of Astoria and even an awesome story about the building that we were staying in. I would definitely stay with this place again and it was well worth the price I paid.

Perfect location

Came to Astoria for a girls weekend- this is the perfect location for walking everywhere. Had a great time. Making coffee is a bit of a chore, but there’s also a fantastic coffee shop just around the corner.

Perfect downtown shot gun apartment. Can be downtown, waterfront in 3 minutes walking. Quiet bedrooms as in back. Beware steps up from the road if you have mobility .problems.
