We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home in addition to a wood-burning fireplace in each unit. What a spot! Just steps away from the "locals" access point to Aspen Mountain... we basked in the fantastic skiing, the log fireplace and the glorious hot tub. This was out first time in Aspen and we enjoyed every second!

Wonderful home, amazing vacation

Unit 406 is clean, spacious and a great location. It is nicely furnished and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking at the view of the the mountain. The pool was an added bonus! We would definitely stay there again if it's available.
