This was perfect in every way for our visit. Extremely comfortable bed. Well-stocked kitchen (though we didn’t prepare food on this trip). Great TV options. Great climate control. Peaceful and quiet. Felt very safe. Easy to enter. Perfect for us. This property was beautiful and well-maintained. The houses in the neighborhood seemed a little rundown. But not this property. Really slept well. Loved it. Can’t beat price, and location was perfect for us as we were visiting relatives at Carolina Village. There was a gas detector by stove, but it appeared the smoke detector had been removed. Great linens and towels and many of them. Plenty of outlets. I’d recommend to other couples, and we would choose this again if we return. Great directions. Fabulous place. Exactly as advertised and very affordable. Loved it.

Previous Hendersonville resident moved from Fl and moved back here to visit

This little tiny house was perfect. Clean and welcoming. My only issue is that I never heard from the host prior to arriving or after arriving. I’m back home now and still have not heard from her, but honestly, with that being said, it was a very nice place to stay. And I appreciate that

This is a simple but cozy home nestled behind lots of dining options. We walked to dinner at Tequilas. It is small but clean and served our needs. There are white squirrels (retirement community of squirrels?) in the yard which is so unique to see.

Sweet Retreat

Property was comfortable and essentially located. Smooth check in and easy check out. Plenty big enough for two people. Nicely stocked with towels and toiletries. Kitchen had all that was needed as well. include coffepods

Great house, great stay!

This was our first VRBO experience and it was a great one. The tiny house is in a nice quiet residential neighborhood but within minutes of restaurants and downtown. The house itself is clean. The layout is well thought out. The bed is comfortable with good pillows. The bathroom is small but has a great shower with plenty of hot water. The amenities include both men's and women's body wash as well as shampoo. They provide quality toilet paper. The towels are thick and plush. And yes the bathroom has a fan, something many hotels leave out these days. We didn't cook but they provide anything you need from utensils and cookware to seasonings. There's a screen door and a porch light, which were a nice bonus. We were extremely satisfied and hope to stay again next time we are in the area.

We went to Hendersonville to spend Christmas and New Year's with family who live in the area. The tiny house was just what we needed for a good night's sleep. The bed was super comfy, hit showers and heat which we needed since it was a lot colder than we are used to here in Florida. Highly recommend.

Disappointing

Upon arriving at this property at check-in time, I was unable to gain entry as outlined in my booking confirmation. Upon contacting the host, I was informed that the property had not been cleaned and prepared for us. We came from another state for this trip and were caught off guard by the unpreparedness of the hosts of this property. We had to find lodging elsewhere for the night last minute, which was highly inconvenient and difficult.
