Cozy and well-equipped family home with outdoor fire pits Make yourself at home in this spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay. You can enjoy a meal at the dining table for 6, or grab a snack at the bar top. You can also work or stream movies on the high-speed Wi-Fi, available on all the TVs in the house. Each bedroom has Netflix and YouTube TV, so you can watch your favorite shows or games.

Step outside and unwind on the patio, where you can sip a glass of wine or beer by the gas or wood fire pits. You can also have some fun with the foosball table, or just admire the stars. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, and pots, so you can cook up a delicious meal. Please note that there is no dishwasher, so you’ll have to wash the dishes by hand.

Destination Thanksgiving Gathering

This house offered everything we needed (comfortable beds, nice bathrooms [one with a large round tub], fully appointed kitchen) plus a patio with fire table, couches, propane grill, and outdoor games. The outdoor area includes a yard with fire pit and Adirondack chairs. The property offers plenty of seating both indoors and out. Host thoughtfully provided plenty of towels in each room, and each bedroom closet shelf had a large soft extra blanket. The house does not currently have a dishwasher; however our group enjoyed the teamwork of kitchen clean-up after meals (most of which we had at the house). Pet owners note: the backyard has plenty of running space. Do plan, however, to monitor your pet’s outdoor activity, as the yard is not fully fenced. Host Manuel was easy to reach, attentive, and quick to respond to any question or need. Conveniently located near large grocery store and local attractions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very nice property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was super clean, nicely decorated, and extremely well equipped with everything you could need for your stay including coffee, spices, plenty of pots and pans, storage containers, paper products, laundry soap, shampoo, etc. It was probably the best equipped house we have stayed in, and everything was so well organized and easy to find. The back porch was lovely and very enjoyable. We had a nice fire in the firepit which was lots of fun. Manuel quickly responded to any inquiries. I would highly recommend a stay at this property!

Last Minute Getaway to Ashville

We loved our last minute getaway to Ashville. The house is well decorated and fully stocked. We spent most of our time on the back patio. It was such a treat! I will note that the back yard is not fenced in. The listing did not indicate that it was, but we assumed based on the photos. Regardless, this property was perfect for our family. The location was great! Close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely recommend.

So Happy With the Stay!!

Great rental! Super cute inside, amazing back yard made for relaxing. The distance into Asheville was accurately described at right at 15 minutes. The host was lovely, and the property was extremely well stocked in addition to being close to an Ingles for necessities. I’ll absolutely stay again if I get the chance!!

Enjoyed Our Stay

This is a lovely 3 bedroom with plenty of room, very clean, well-stocked kitchen, well decorated, renovated interior with new appliances. Beds were very comfortable and there’s a wonderfully large tub in the master bathroom. The interior pics are accurate and there were no surprises there. The outdoor area is also nice in the back. New patio with furniture, a hammock, grill with gas and utensils, fire pit and backyard with new green grass. Also pet friendly! Check in was a breeze and Manuel was responsive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay.
