Don’t know whose fault it was, but when my confirmation came back I realized it was for the wrong day. I immediately contacted hotels.com to report the error and they said that the hotel would not let me switch the date. When I talked to the hotel, they said that it was hotels.com. Either way, I was not refunded any money ar all ..:: terrible experience.

I don't usually do reviews but reviews helped me pick this hotel so I will. I was very pleased with the accommodations: my room was clean, quiet and the bathroom was big with a nice low tub with grab bars and a very nice sink and counter. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. I'll stay there again.
