This upper unit apartment is in a charming 1950's house that has been modernized for your convenience. Featuring a beautiful wooded yard full of hostas, hydrangeas and crepe myrtle, and located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the house is only a few minutes walk from the Kenilworth Forest Lake, and is also 5 minutes from downtown Asheville. It is also only a few minutes drive to the entrance of the Blue Ridge Parkway, a scenic drive with many hiking areas.
Both the kitchen and bath have new tile floors and have been renovated while keeping the vintage details. The laundry room with full size washer and dryer is downstairs and shared with the downstairs apartment. Both units are non-smoking.
The upper unit has three bedrooms, 2 with brand new Nectar queen mattresses, and one with a double Nectar mattress and a desk. There are ceiling fans in two of the bedrooms and the living room. The home also has a fireplace, new heating and air-conditioning unit, Smart TV and cable, and a kitchen equipped with all the comforts of home.
1 small cat or dog is allowed with a refundable pet deposit of $400.
The owners live nearby and are readily available to assist you with anything that comes up.
