Easy Parking - One free designated off street parking space
When it comes to parking, 80 LEX could just as easily be name Easy Street: parking here is simple! And that’s exactly how it should be, when you’re on vacation.

You don’t need a car to enjoy downtown Asheville (our walk score: 93!), but if you bring one, here are your options: One free off street designated parking space is reserved for this apartment, located one block away in a private parking lot.

Additional paid parking options:
Parking Decks: Our preferred parking option! Both the City of Asheville and Buncombe County operate safe, reliable and inexpensive parking decks. The first hour is free , and the full-day rate is just $20, so feel free to leave your vehicle overnight. There are several parking decks within walking distance of 80 LEX; we’ll send all the details with your booking confirmation.

On-Street Parking: There are more than 700 on-street metered parking spaces in downtown Asheville. All meters are for short-term parking (two hours or less, as marked), at a cost of $1.50 per hour (as of April 1st, 2017). On-street metered parking is free on holidays, Sundays, and every day after 6 pm.

Loading Zones: There is one right in from If you’re arriving via taxi, Uber, or Lyft, feel free to unload in one of Asheville’s dedicated loading zones, limited to 30 minutes (or less, as marked).

Accessing 202 requires climbing one flight of stairs, (22 stairs total). One designated parking space is provided one block away. This is an urban setting, in a multi-tenanted building. Usual sights and sound of city living should be expected.

We loved our stay here for a long weekend. It was the perfect cozy spot and walking distance from everything. It is a modern and clean place. It is easy to access and parking is just a block away. We parked in the parking deck and walked everywhere around town. We will definitely be back!

Such a great place to stay! Not only is it central to literally EVERYTHING but it is also fully stocked with a variety of teas, coffee, filtered water, a welcome bottle of wine (such a thoughtful touch!), toiletries (in case you forget yours) and it’s absolutely beautifully designed and decorated. Add to the charm, there is a little coffee shop (Izzy’s) just two doors down where you can grab a yummy bagel and a cup of coffee for breakfast. This place was absolutely perfect for our Asheville weekend.

We loved everything about this unit - great location as convenient to great shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The furnishings were comfortable and beautiful - a true urban industrial feel. Well stocked kitchen, nice linens - what else do you need? The designated parking spot one block away was a nice perk too. I would recommend this property for anyone visiting Asheville.

Amazing location, a clean apartment with every amenity needed. My wife and I were really happy with this booking, specifically the decor and layout. I parked in the designated parking spot during the trip which is only a quick 2-minute walk with no problems. The shared laundry room is just outside the door and wasn't an issue. I recommend not using the back alley “Chicken Alley” to load baggage as you depart if Lexington Ave is packed with cars unless you can back in. Arrival instructions didn't mention not to use it, so we loaded up and made the mistake of bringing my full-size truck up the alley and trying to make the very tight left turn up to Carolina Ln. Didn't happen and had to reverse back down. Oops This was my second trip to Asheville, my wife's third, and if we come back, this is the place we will book again.

This was in the perfect area to walk to everything. Super cute and clean vrbo! We used their designated parking spot, it was just a short walk and free. We had no issues finding it. We were sent very detailed instructions for everything prior to the trip. Would definitely reccomend!

Perfect, chic and romantic getaway

We loved staying in this beautifully furnished, stylish apartment. The host literally thought of everything, paying close attention to all details. From beautiful glass and tableware, a relaxing sleep machine, to plenty of room for toiletries and clothing. The location is perfect as we could walk to so many awesome restaurants and shops. We had an amazing time and definitely plan to visit again. Highly recommend.
