The unit was in bit of rough shape. Drywall damage, needed to painted, hallways somewhat dirty. For the price, it was certainly sufficient, but a little tlc could go a long way on this property.

広い部屋だけどユニットバスは狭くて シャワーヘッドも小さく水圧も十分ではない 部屋はそれなりに綺麗 ただ空調が自由に切り替えられないので 部屋が寒すぎて風邪をひいた 駐車場は敷地内にもあるtimesを利用 隣にも契約されてる立体駐車場あり
