La camera non è quella mostrata sul sito all'atto della prenotazione; il bagno non ha all'interno della doccia una mensola per appoggiare i prodotti da bagno, nè ci sono appendini per asciugamani doccia e bidet. Molto rumorosa la camera al mattino per il passaggio ospiti attraverso la scala che porta alla colazione, ma anche alla sera fino alle ore 02,00 per la sistemazione delle cucine e del ristorante interno alla Locanda, gestito da una società esterna. Le pulizie non sono giornaliere come indicato all'atto della prenotazione. Il personale è composto da sole due persone per reception, colazione e pulizie, ed è presente solo al mattino. La colazione è molto modesta.
