We absolutely loved our room. The view was amazing and the hotel location was wonderful and walkable to many restaurants, the beach, and stores. We had a great time here. The staff was extremely helpful. They gave us restaurant recommendations, boat rental tips, and were always with a smile on their faces ready to help. We will definitely be coming back. The hotel itself is nice. However, I forgot some souvenirs and clothes in my room after check-out. During check-in, the hotel sent me the Wi-Fi password from a phone number. I contacted the same number and informed them about the items I had left behind. Unfortunately, despite sending several messages, I never received any proper response. This was very disappointing. It seems that customer service is not a priority once guests leave the hotel.

Nice room, although less luxurious than I expected at the price, and a view over the pool and the town to the sea. Staff friendly and helpful. Beach a few minutes walk away. Restaurant very seafood focused and not cheap enough for daily use. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and drink. Hotel charges for parking, but there is a small free car park right beside it.

Super helpful and friendly staff. The hotel has a cosy villa feel but within a well maintained, clean, easy going hotel. Great included breakfast, with fantastic Italian coffee! A wonderful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. We had a family room in an annex, it was a great size and very quiet. The location was perfect, just a short walk to bars and restaurants and the view from.the bar terrace was just beautiful.

The staff were very friendly and as helpful as they could be with a language barrier on my end. The facility was extremely clean and comfortable, beautiful views of the bay and situated within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, specifically Baia Blue, Elia was my server several nights there.

Perfect choice

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It has everything you need for the perfect stay. Only moments from the beach and an excellent range of restaurants. The staff, especially Tomas on the front desk were excellent and the buffet breakfast was superb. The air con worked perfectly, great Wi Fi and lovely toiletries. English language TV stations and a fabulous pool.
