Impressive exteriors with a private 8m x 5m pool where you can enjoy refreshing baths while observing the wonderful views. Four sun loungers next to the pool will allow you to sunbathe under the Mallorca sun. Upper outdoor area equipped with a large table, chill out area and barbecue where you can enjoy outdoor meals, in calm and with beautiful views.



Perfectly equipped interiors for 4 people with a spacious and bright living-dining room, where you can enjoy moments of calm with views of the mountain and the pool. Next to the living-dining room you will find the kitchen with everything necessary to cook whatever you feel like. After the dining room you will find two rooms prepared for your comfortable rest. Next to the rooms is the bathroom with shower.



The house is equipped with a pellet stove for the cold months, heating the common area and rooms through radiators. Three pellet bags are included in the price, the rest can be purchased for 12€/bag.

Die Finca ist sehr gemütlich und hat einige Ausstattungen auf einem großen Grundstück. Der Pool ist groß und schön und die Terrasse ist riesig und wunderbar. Der offene Grill ist ein Traum. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Erlebnis. Für unsere Auszeit von mehreren Wochen ein perfekter Ort mit einer noch nie erlebten Ruhe! Immer erreichbar und freundlicher Eigentümer Francisco. Perla der Fincahund belebt die Tage und wacht in der Nacht gegen Leckerli

Große, schöne Finca in idyllischer und ruhiger Lage

Wer es ruhig und idyllisch mag, weit weg von Mallorcas Trubel, für den ist die Finca Sementaret perfekt. Das Anwesen und die Terrasse sind riesengroß und gemütlich angelegt, umgeben von Hügeln und Feldern. Außengrill ist vorhanden. Der Swimmingpool ist wunderschön und wird von dem bezaubernden Besitzer Francisco regelmäßig sauber gehalten, wir haben ihn oft genutzt. Innen gibt es ein sehr schönes und geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf Pool und Hügel, außerdem zwei Schlafzimmer sowie Küche und Bad. WLAN vorhanden, funktioniert gut. An- und Abreise mit Francisco hat reibungslos geklappt, und "Perla", der bezaubernde, schon etwas betagte und sehr gutmütige Hund des Besitzers, war uns ein treuer Begleiter. Aber keine Sorge für diejenigen, die es lieber ohne Hund haben: Francisco nimmt Perla auf Wunsch auch mit zu sich, der Hund ist dann nicht auf dem Gelände. Ein Auto ist notwendig. Über einen Holperweg geht es ca. 500 Meter zur Landstraße, von der aus man dann in ca. 10 Minuten nach Artá fahren kann. Auch nach San Llorenc und ins Kneipenviertel nach Cala Rajada ist es nicht weit. Zu den Stränden ca. 25 Minuten Fahrzeit. Es war alles perfekt, wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und die Zeit auf der Finca in vollen Zügen genossen. Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann hätte ich mir eine Klimaanlage statt der vorhandenen Ventilatoren gewünscht. Die wäre bei großer Hitze, wie wir sie hatten, vermutlich effektiver gewesen, zumal der Ventilator in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer bei der höchsten Drehstufe auch noch leichte Knackgeräusche von sich gab. Ist aber Geschmackssache, viele sehen Klimaanlagen ja auch skeptisch (unökologisch, Erkältungsgefahr).

Perfekter Urlaub

Wirklich schön gelegene Finca mit allem, was man braucht. An allen Fenstern Moskitonetze, toll. Leider im Sommer auch absolut notwendig. Herrlich privater Pool. Liebenswerter Hofhund. Sehr netter und immer erreichbarer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Gerne wieder!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen auf Mallorca mit viel Erholung. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, mit einem großen Pool und einem tollem Blick. Perla, der Haushund, war eine Bereicherung für den Urlaub. Er ist liebevoll und alle waren begeistert. Francisco war sofort da, wenn man ihn gebraucht hat.Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Sehr schöne Finca mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Alles was benötigt wird ist vor Ort. Francesco ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Der Hund ist sehr lieb und gibt Sicherheit als Wachhund. Wir würden wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage

Wir (eine Gruppe von sieben Freunden) haben im April eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Die Lage war für uns ideal – in etwa 30 Minuten erreichten wir zu Fuß die charmante Altstadt von Alcúdia mit ihren engen Gassen, gemütlichen Cafés und guten Busverbindungen. Der Strand liegt direkt vor der Tür – ein echter Pluspunkt! Auch wenn es dort einige Algen gab, konnte man wunderbar schwimmen. Besonders genossen haben wir den tollen Pool und den gepflegten Garten, in dem wir viele entspannte Stunden verbracht haben. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns rundum wohl und bestens betreut gefühlt. Insgesamt ein großartiger Ort für eine entspannte Auszeit mit Freunden.

Nette kleine Finca.

Wir waren im März für ein paar Tage in der Finca.Haben zeitweise etwas gefroren, obwohl eine Pelletheizung vorhanden war, ein Gasheizer ( nicht anbekommen ) und ein Elektropuster.Abends/Nachmittags war es erst einmal kalt, wenn man nach Ausflügen auf die Finca kam. Und Morgens war die Finca auch ausgekühlt und es dauert ein wenig, bis man eine angenehme Temperatur hatte. Ab dem dritten Pelletsack muss man jeden weiteren bezahlen.Das Warmwasser wurde zwischenzeitlich immer mal kalt.Und wir haben einen Besen vermisst.Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden, da der Besitzer immer erreichbar und sehr hilfreich war.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Sehr schöne, abgelegene Finca. Wenn man einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub erleben möchte, genau das Richtige. Abgelegen und trotzdem nahe an der sehr schönen Kleinstadt Artá (ca. 4 km). Auch die Küste mit den Badestränden ist in ca. 15-20 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. In der Finca ist alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es sind genug Sitzgelegeheiten (innen und außen) vorhanden. Wir waren zu zweit da, es können aber auch 4 Leute dort bequem Urlaub machen. Das Highlihgt (für uns) war der Pool. Er ist groß genug um seine Bahnen zu schwimmen oder um Kinder ihren Spaß haben zu lassen. Francisco, der Vermieter, ist sehr aufmerksam und ist sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht. Auch Perla (die Fincahündin) hat in keinster Weise gestört. Im Gegenteil. Sie ist sehr lieb, freut sich wenn man nach Hause kommt und in keinster Weise aufdringlich. Sie merkt wenn man seine "Ruhe" haben will und zieht sich zurück. Sie geht auch nicht ins Haus. Man kann beim Vermieter aber auch angeben, dass man Perla nicht auf der Finca haben möchte, dann wird sie im Nebengrundstück gehalten. Alles in Allem war das für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Schöne, einsam gelegene Finca

Einsame Finca mit großem Grundstück, toller Terrasse und genug Platz. Sehr sauber. Küche völlig ausreichend ausgestattet. Großer Pool. Im Hochsommer großes Mückenproblem. Dort lebt ein Hofhund, der in der Beschreibung nicht aufgeführt war. Sehr lieb, aber bettelt beim essen. Uns wurde angeboten, dass er auf dem Nachbargrundstück weggesperrt werden könne. Er kannte aber offenbar sämtliche Lücken im Zaun, so dass dies Wunschdenken war.

Relax time!

Es una casa molt còmode. El Xiscu una persona encantadora. Buscava unes vacances de relax i realment el lloc és ideal ahh i amb mascota inclosa "la perla" un amor de gosseta. M'han quedat coses a fer així que no descarto tornar! Érem 4 adults i 1 bebè i crec que no hi ha res en concret que comentesim a millorar. Tot el espai de la finca es fantàstic.

Unser Vermieter war super nett, mitten im weitem Garten, auch schön am Abend oder Morgen zu genießen, sehr sauber und ordentlich wenn auch die Einrichtung etwas älter ist, alles da vor alle in der Küche, wie auf einer schönen spanischen Finca, viel Platz zu zweit oder mit Kindern

Fantastische Finca

Wir wurden sehr toll von Francisco betreut. Er hat uns gut begleitet durch den Check in und Check out und hatte gute Tipps für die Umgebung parat. Der Haushund Perla war direkt unser bester Freund! Wir haben es sehr genossen, die Fellnase bei uns zu haben. Sie war gut erzogen und ist nicht ins Haus gegangen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage einmalig. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! In der Küche wären ein paar scharfe Messer und Schneidebretter sehr gut.

Rundum zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist super, die Lage perfekt mit einer schönen Aussicht. Hier ist man sehr privat und hat seine Ruhe. Sehr zu empfehlen. Check-In und Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einwandfrei. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub mit hohem Erholungseffekt.
