Luxury Villa with Pool and air conditioning

Luxury Villa located in Los Cristianos.
It has marble floors and parquet in the bedrooms. All the finishes are luxurious.
The terrace has a private pool, Chillout and pool furniture.
On the ground floor is the living room with TV with large flat screen The kitchen is furnished and well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine.
There is also a full bathroom with shower, toilet
The first bedroom is on the ground floor with parquet floor and large window to the pool.
On the first floor there are the 2 remaining bedrooms, both have a bathroom suite, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The room on the second floor has a sofa bed. All rooms have a terrace.
The furniture is all modern style very functional.
In front of the villa is Pasarela shopping center where you can spend a few hours of leisure, there you will find supermarket, restaurants
 and boutiques to do your shopping etc.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Excellent place and location

Really enjoyed our first stay in a villa and couldn’t have picked a better place. My first time at this location and really enjoyed it, with great bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Villa was excellent and I would highly recommend

Spacious and modern

A really spacious, modern and clean villa. So many balconies, a roof terrace, 2 outdoor seating areas plus loungers and large open lounge/kitchen. The bedrooms are all a good size too. The pool was also bigger than expected and had the sun all day long. Good functioning air con. Location was great, sea is just down the road, supermarket directly opposite us and all the restaurants within walking distance. Bus stop also 1 minute away. Perfect place - would stay again.

An exceptional property in a good location with the supermarket directly opposite, main town a short walk with pubs and bars in the same street. well maintained new property and he even let us in early as arrived around mid day at no extra cost. would stay again!fabulous.
