Very peaceful

Lovely little residential area above the madness of Los Cristianos. Very little noise which was wonderful. Lovely outdoor space. Apartment really spacious would do a family of four very comfortably. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I think it could do with an extra few pillows and an instruction guide would be very helpful, ie what goes in the yellow bin bag ect, where the pool is and some recomendations for walks or hikes, other than that the place was lovely I would definately take the family back.

Delightful place- perfectly situated

A wonderful well stocked and perfectly situated upper floor villa in a charming holiday village. Lovely views and a great space for up to 4 adults. A little tricky to find - but you can work out a what3words location before you go and navigate there. Only minor point is that there is only enough hot water for 3 quick showers as solar heated (and the weather wasn’t that great when we were there). Overall amazing and would definitely return.

Escaping the madness of Covid

I needed to get away and my stay at Casa Ariella 132 was as good as it gets. Four places to sit outside. I think the springy chair was my favourite. Its only a few minutes from Los Cristianos but high enough and far enough away to give you a true rural away from it all feel. The pool was great. A local shop for essentials and La Finca is up there when it comes to my all time favourite restaurants. This is a place to get away from it all but if you want to sample the busier sea front it is literally ten minutes away. The apartment is clean, very spacious and by the time you've put your toiletries in the bathroom and put the kettle on there is a real home from home feel. I'll be back.

Lowly haus and terrace , it is not for person bad going people, And you need a car, we stayed for 10 week, the restaurant mason la finca is very god. , and tasca bar with music great. We cooking self meat ,and the kitchen are well equipped

A spacious apartment in a quiet village setting

There is plenty of space in the apartment and having two large shower/toilet rooms is a real bonus. The beds were comfy, although one was a little squeaky. There's also lots of outside space, with three small balconies, and a large communal pool area just a few minutes' walk away. The village location is peaceful, with a some nice restaurants and a small shop for food and drink, and is just 10 minutes' drive to Los Cristianos. Parking is on the street on a steep hill, but we found a space every day. Our host was very quick to fix the issue when we lost hot water due to a gas canister running out, but it would have been great to have some general instructions and info in the apartment, as we didn't know how to find the pool or work some of the kitchen appliances. We also had a bit of trouble finding the apartment in the dark on the first night as it's located in a bit of maze of alleyways and houses! Overall, a very good stay.

A Lovely property With A Great View

We enjoyed our 5 day stay in this lovely spacious and comfortable property. Having a car made it possible as the area is very hilly and therefore not easy for less energetic or mobile holiday makers. There are several restaurants within a few minutes drive and we went into Los Cristianos one evening when it was cooler and less crowded. The bungalow is well equipped but as mentioned by another reviewer it would be useful to have a few instructions for electrical equipment and directions to the pool . However, the owner always answered our queries promptly so we managed very well and would recommend this property if you are looking for peace and quiet away from the noise and crowds of Los Cristianos.

Great property with lovely views

Very well equiped and spacious apartment with three good terraces and fantastic views towards Los Cristianos and the sea. Use of a wonderful, large, heated communal pool with sunbeds provided. Chayofa is an attractive, residential area with easy access to the main coastal areas and the amazing mountain ranges. Supermarkets, bars and resteraunts are within walking distance but a car is recommended.

Very clean. All essentials provided. A few very small things would have made the stay exceptional such as some information on using the installed equipment, location of rubbish bins, location of pool etc but Alexander was available to talk through some of these. Would have liked more pillows but managed with those provided. Good that some coals were provided for the bbq and dishwasher tablets, washing m/c tablets etc. Would certainly be keen to visit again as god property in a very quiet area with pub/ restaurants very close by. Would however definitely recommend hiring a car.

Wonderful peaceful apartment.

This place is amazing and the owner has taken every care to provide everything you need for a perfect holiday. There are three wonderful balconies.one from the main bedroom lovely for evening cocktails. One off the lounge perfect for enjoying the sun and a huge one off the kitchen with table and chairs and barbeque. And all with beautiful views of the sea. The kitchen has every convenience to prepare anything you would want. There is plenty of room to relax in the lovely lounge and plenty of storage place in both the bedrooms. We hired a car as had read about the hilly area and very glad we did as it was also handy for checking out the rest of the island. The location is perfect for some of the nicest restaurants and are within a few minutes walk of the apartment. Mason la finca was our favourite. Lovely outdoor seating area and music most nights. Tree house was also great on a Friday night for ribs and rock. And authentic tapas at la tasca. The swimming pool is lovely and only two minutes to walk. Plenty of sunbeds and an umbrella in the apartment to use at the pool too. Rosa and Conny are lovely and we're on hand should there have been a problem but we didn't have any. Really can't recommend highly enough. We were so glad to be away from the bedlam that is los Christianos and playa las America. The country club is a good place for a cocktail and there are other things going on there but we only went once for drinks. If you choose this place you won't be disappointed. Should mention that there are only German programmes on tv but we didn't care. Who goes on holiday to watch tv??

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns in diesem schönen, großen und gut ausgestattetem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf der neuen (vierten) Terrasse neben dem Haus kann man in der Hängematte wunderbar relaxen. Der große Gemeinschaftspool - ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt - war immer sehr sauber und nie überfüllt, so dass man gut seine Bahnen ziehen oder in der Sonne (zweitweise auch im Schatten) liegen konnte. Dazu noch 3 nette Lokale max. 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt - was will man mehr!. Besonders das Restaurant "Maison La Finca" hat uns gut gefallen, so dass wir dort mehrmals essen waren. Es gibt in der Umgebung zwar einige Hunde, die auch mal bellen - man befindet sich halt in einem Wohngebiet und nicht in einer Hotelanlage - , aber der Hund, der bei anderen Gästen immer vor der Tür stand und gebellt hat, ist zum Glück nicht mehr da. Da uns auch die Insel sehr gut gefallen hat und wir in 10 Tagen nicht alles sehen konnten, werden wir bestimmt wieder kommen.

Lovely house in great location away from the tourist trap. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday but with easy access to the main resort when needed then this is the place to go. House was very modern , south facing with wonderful views , 2 minutes away from the local bars, restaurant and supermarket. Also regular buses to Los Christianos if you don't want to drive. Charming and friendly village.

Perfect verblijf

Het was een super verblijf. Ruim appartement waar alles aanwezig was. Bedden lagen prima en het uitzicht was mooi. Bij het zwembad altijd lekker rustig en genoeg plek om te zonnen op een bedje. Contact met de eigenaar was ook top! In de straat altijd een parkeerplek en alles is goed bereikbaar vanaf het appartement. Zeker een aanrader.

Logement spacieux et propre à quelques minutes de Los Cristianos

Maison de plein pied très spacieuse et propre dotée de plusieurs terrasses (avec vis-à-vis) Elle n’est pas équipée de climatisation mais dispose de ventilateurs au plafond dans les 2 chambres. La petite ville de Chayofa est principalement résidentielle, très propre, mais très peu de commerces. Nous remercions chaleureusement Robert pour sa grande flexibilité sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus liegt in einer Wohnsiedlung. Es sind genügend Parkplätze in der anliegenden Straße vorhanden. 3 Fußwege führen zu dem Anwesen, davon sind 2 mit steilem Anstieg, der dritte liegt auf gleicher Höhe mit dem Grundstück. Die obere Ferienwohnung hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche, mit windgeschützter Terrasse, einem Grill und Markise. Die anderen 2 Balkone hatten einen schönen Blick. Die Betten wahren sehr bequem, hier haben wir auch schon andere Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Wohnung wurde vom Eigentümer mit liebe eingerichtet. Der Pool ist groß, warm und sehr schön. Schattenplätze sind vorhanden. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Tante Emma Laden, mit frischen Brötchen. Vielen Dank an Alex, den Eigentümer, für die telefonische Hilfe und Unterstützung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Superbe sejour
