A 1 km tenemos el centro histórico del pueblo de Isla que cuenta con numerosos restaurantes como La Posada o La Chata. En el barrio de Quejo (Isla) se ubican otras playas dignas de visitar como son El Sable o la Playa de Los Barcos. Más alejados de la zona a 17 km se ubica campo de golf ` La Junquera (Pedreña) `, a 37 km reserva natural Parque Cabárceno, a 40 km el aeropuerto ` Severiano Ballesteros`, 41 km la estación de tren de Santander y la estación de autobús. Bien ubicado pero falta mantenimiento

Zona y la ubicación son buenas, el apartamento está bien aunque incómodo subir y bajar escaleras pero fue una sorpresa porque ya se intuía al ver las fotos del anuncio. Lo que no nos gustó fue la falta de mantenimiento, muy justito, no creo que dependa de los propietarios pero sí de la empresa que gestiona el alquiler nv
