Location, location, location! Skiing, hiking, UTV/motorcycle trails, downhill bicycle trails, kayaking, fishing, golfing, cave exploration, star gazing, concerts or wine tasting? This cabin has ALL of these fantastic California adventures within 20 miles. The land behind the cabin is wooded with fire road access to Interface Off Road Park in Arnold, Ca. The detached bunkhouse offers an opportunity for added privacy or multiple couples/families to use. The outdoor area includes an extra-large firepit, a swing set, gas grill and a large picnic table. The main house and bedroom 1 are wheelchair accessible. The family room features a 50-inch 4k smart tv and wood burning fireplace. Access to the cabin is down a private dirt road with spacious parking for 4-5 vehicles. During winter months you will need four-wheel drive, an additional snowplow fee may be required.
The cabin is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.
