we stayed here with our bridal party for our wedding weekend! there was so much stuff to do and we enjoyed relaxing in the many spots on the property with amazing views! hosts were very commutative and made sure all questions were answered ! definitely would come back if another event is in the area for us!

Beautiful home & property

This house is gorgeous, almost as pretty as the property it sits on. Perfect for a getaway teenager birthday party with lots of space and open concept layout to see all.The hike was a bit harder than expected to river but wow, a lot of work and effort went into that trail. Unfortunately we were maybe a bit early for morel mushrooms :)It is a bit dark in kitchen at night but with all the LED lights and sorting through the many remotes to control them, it definitely is colorful. Perfect teenager vibe.I would recommend to any large family, nature lovers, group retreats, etc.

Lovely place, amazing property manager

Our stay was super comfortable. We loved the place. It's exactly as described and shown in pics. The property manager is really friendly, they allowed early check-in. My friends enjoyed the massage chair. The hot tubs looked clean and we're ready for us. The sauna was a bit confusing, but it hear up quick. The place has a will stocked kitchen as well

Private Getaway!

We had a great time staying at this home. The home is very spacious, with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains from most every room. The property is huge, a lot of room for the kids to play, as well as a trail to the river. The host was amazing, and very responsive, within 10min. or less, as well as accommodating. Family Get Together

Excelent stay, many things to do both inside and out. Sauna, 2 hot tubs all kinde of outside cooking seating. We do these trip regularly and this is the best suited location we have ever had regarding good seating in one room and dining for 12.... Kids had a blast, Host was excellent communidation before and during our stay

Huge house with all the amenities

We had around 14 people with 6 kids and this house had all the basics as well as luxuries ( sauna, hot tub, massage chair) covered. Just one call out that there are 3 full bedrooms with additional beds located in the common area in case that impacts anyone's plans

Amazing views

We loved our stay in Arlington. There was plenty of sleeping space and the views from every room was outstanding. There were many places for us hang out together both inside and outside! We had a group of 14 and we never felt crowded.

Great spot to ring in the new year!

The house and property were beautiful and private - exactly what we were looking for. We really enjoyed our stay. The hot tubs, sauna, and outdoor fire pit allowed us to comfortably ring in the new year outside - practically unheard of in WA! I would definitely recommend this listing.

Great getaway property

Came here with some friends that were visiting from out of state and it was a great time. Only wish we had booked more time but I guess that will be for next time. The house was very clean, kitchen was easy to navigate, the rooms/beds very comfortable and ammenities were very nice. Lots of space to sprawl out and enjoy the outdoors or sit inside and relax. Only items of note as previously mentioned were maybe an instruction sheet for operating everything but I was able to figure them out eventually.

Just amazing

The pictures in the listing make the property look beautiful, but you don't get the full grasp until you get there. Absolutely stunning. Everything was labeled very well, and the communication with the host was very fast and friendly. Lots of property, and a great trail down the river, where we saw plenty of wildlife. Recommend means of repelling bugs in the summer when you come.

Nice place

I would have given this a 5 star rating but a few items prevented me from doing so. The grass had not been mowed and was about 6 " high. There were no labels on any of the electric switches so you had to switch them on and off to find the right one. We had to text the host to find out how to operate certain things. The host responded quickly and helped us out. There was a list of things to do when checking out and I would recommend having a welcome letter explaining how to operate the fireplace, temperature, tv, etc. Air conditioner barely cooled the place so was muggy inside unless the windows were opened. Pool table area is cramped so hard to play a game without being worried about hitting the window on the door. On the positive side, host was very helpful and nice. Overall house was big and roomy for our needs. Would probably not rent again as the cost is too high for the lack of attention to detail expected for this type of rental.

Property amenities and location

The property was perfect for us. We had local family have dinner with us, played pool (great table, sticks and chalk), played corn hole in the grass area, saw deer in the yard on 1 occasion, summary wonderful place. Hiking in North Cascades National Park - although the trip is quite long (1 hr 30 min each way). the scenery is so beautiful that the time passed by quickly. There is also a very nice river hike we took (Old Sauk River Trail) that was beautiful and about 35 minutes away. We ordered out Thai and Mexican locally which everyone rating excellent. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary to prepare full meals. Beds were very comfortable.
