The detached property is a two-storey villa with beautiful sea and
sunset views. The ground floor consists of open plan living room, fully
equipped kitchen, a double bed bedroom with ensuite bathroom and there
is also a guest toilet. Also, there is a billiard table in the living
room. The stairs lead to the first floor where there are another three
bedrooms connected with ensuite family bathrooms (one master with king
size bed and two with twin beds). Outside there is a private swimming
pool with sunbeds, private tended gardens with dining and BBQ area. The
villa is at staggering distance to the beach.

Living Room
The living room has a Satellite TV, dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD
Player and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with
Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a granite work top, toaster, coffee maker, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
