The garden hosts an outdoor patio equipped with a barbecue, table and chairs to have al-fresco dinings, a gym with steam shower, a ping-pong table and a Jacuzzi. Inside, this villa for rent has large interiors, furnished in typical Tuscan style. From this villa guests can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view over the valley and Arezzo.

Das Haus ist alt und am Anfang waren wir etwas geschockt, weil von den Innenräumen auch kaum Fotos vorhanden waren. Aber nach der ersten Nacht und einem Abend im Jacuzzi mit unglaublichen Ausblick haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist unfassbar hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen vielleicht im Sommer wieder um auch den riesengroßen Pool nutzen zu können.

Lovely property for relaxing break - would have been 5* with aircon and mosquito nets

Lovely rustic property in great location with stunning views. Swimming pool and hot tub a hit with the kids especially in the 35C+ temperatures. Loads of scope for outdoors cooking with gas and charcoal barbeques and wood fired pizza oven! Great location for either chilling out or exploring Tuscany - Arezzo train station 20 mins away - we did day trips to Florence and Siena, with smaller trips to local villages too. Lots of insects when we were there and middle of heatwave so mosquito nets and either fans or aircon would have improved the experience.

Prima vakantie gehad

We hebben een prima vakantie gehad. Bij aankomst had het huis een prima sfeer. De problemen die ontstonden tijdens het verblijf werden direct opgelost door de verhuurder. Zo was er stormschade ontstaan, dit werd direct hersteld. Ook was er op een dag geen warm water meer uit de kraan. Ook direct opgelost. De inboedel heeft een authentieke sfeer. Soms is het behelpen met apperatuur wat defect blijkt zijn maar er is voldoende aanwezig. Bijvoorbeeld: koffieapperatuur wat niet goed werkte. Op de koudere avonden hebben we heerlijk de openhaard gestookt. Lekker in de jacuzzi gezeten. De sleutelhouder is een vriendelijke man en goed te benaderen.

Tolles Haus für die ganze Familie

Wir haben dort eine Woche Urlaub genossen. Das Haus bzw. das rießen Grundstück bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Tagsüber planscht man in dem sehr großen Pool und kann abends nach einem gemütlichen Grill oder Pizzabend (es gibt einen Pizzabackofen im Garten) noch eine Runde in den Jacuzzi entspannen. Küche war bestens ausgestattet und das Haus war sauber. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, bietet eine tolle Aussicht und ist etwas abgelegen. Allerdings sollte einem bewusst sein das Haus ist im typisch toskanischen Stil eingerichtet und könnte an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas renoviert werden.

Abenteuerurlaub

Das Haus aus dem 16. Jahrhundert, wie uns der Besitzer bei der Übergabe erzählte, lädt ein zu einem abenteuerlichen Urlaub in einem rustikalen Gebäude inmitten einer phantastischen Landschaft. Abenteuerlich deshalb, da man sich an den muffig- alten Geruch, den Spinnweben in den Ecken und Essensresten an der Decke estmal gewöhnen muss. Morgens ist es total kalt, da Türen und Fenster nur schlecht schließen und es überall zieht. Es erinnert ein wenig ans Zelten. Die gut ausgestattete Küche hat Spülmachine und Waschmaschine, die man aber nie gleichzeitig laufen lassen darf, weil sonst sofort die Sicherung rausfliegt. Gegen die Kälte kann man im Haus Gasheizer anschalten, die aber leider einen unendlich unangenehmen Geruch verströmen, dem man sich und v.a. Kleinkindern nicht aussetzen möchte. Das auf der Website versprochene "Brennholz" ist altes Baumholz, welches im Regen lag und somit nicht verheizbar war. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, daher nicht für mehrere Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet, da diese möglicherweise nachts das gesamte Haus wecken. Die Außenanlagen sind nett angelegt, der Pool größtenteils sauber. Leider zeigte der Whirlpool permanent Fehlermeldungen und war viel zu kalt und so konnte man diesen nicht oft nutzen. Leider eher ein Reinfall, wir werden dieses Haus wohl nicht mehr buchen.
