The breakfast was good, but the room was nasty. They never changed the sheets from the previous people who stayed. When we addressed it the manager she said they dont clean the room for extended stay. We asked for another room or refund and we were denied. Then she stated that she will see if housekeeping will have time to change the sheets. We had to ask for towels when we should not have to ask. Then my spouse saw a roach crawling across the floor on our last night stay. We will never stay at this hotel again

Renovated recently. Clean room. Shower was a bit sloppy with the renovation, but clean. No odors in room or hallway. Breakfast was good and hot. Early check in was not available (we were like 30? minutes early) so we had to kill time at Starbucks a bit. Great price for the room and amenities!

My co-workers won't let me pick out another hotel

The room was musky, and the shower floor had dirty spots, as if it hadn't been washed. I wouldn't swim in the pool because it looked brown, and my toilet water looked like someone had peed in it before I got there.

Stayed here for concert at Winstar. The staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Dogs in a near by room would bark every time I opened the door. Rooms could have been cleaned better. Easy access to highway and plenty of food places near by.
