The 3500 square foot house is on a secluded and wooded five acre plot. Private, but neighbors near. Full kitchen, theatre room, game room with pool table; TV's in living room, and all bedrooms, plus TV viewing in theatre room. Theatre room has XL sofa, three electronic reclining theatre chairs, popcorn popper and 7.2 surround sound Master bath has bubbler tub. Satellite TV.
15 minute drive to Lake Murray Marina. 30 min drive to Lake Texoma. 20 minutes drive to downtown Ardmore.

Full access to the home. Food items in the pantry as well as spices, condiments, etc.

It is our pleasure to share our home with you, but please know that we do have photos, personal belongings, etc. 2) the home is not baby proofed, so feel free to baby proof as you go! and 3) we are pet FRIENDLY and many dogs and cats leave behind their hair and dander and while we do our best to clean and remove, there will be pet hair and dander in some places.
