Holiday Home 'El Santiscal' with Mountain Views, Wi-Fi & Air Conditioning

Rural El Santiscal is a welcoming accommodation next to Lake Arcos, in a peaceful area just 4 km from the city and all services. You’ll find an artificial beach 200 m away, a yacht club, restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy within walking distance, as well as hiking, cycling, fishing, canoeing, and many leisure activities nearby.



The 700 m² property is fully fenced and features two apartments: the 110 m² Superior and the 40 m² Complementary, both with air conditioning and heating. The entire property is rented as one unit, with one or both apartments available depending on the number of guests.



Outside, enjoy a spacious patio with a 26 m² covered porch, large tables, barbecue, and garden area—perfect for relaxing in the sun with family or friends. The pool measures 4.90 m x 3.00 m x 1.20 m deep, surrounded by artificial grass, loungers, chairs, umbrellas, and a thermal shower. Free parking is available inside the property.



The Superior Apartment includes a gallery with a small gym and TV, laundry room, fully equipped kitchen with TV, living-dining room with sofa, TV, and single bed, one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a double bed and TV, a bathroom, and a glass-enclosed gallery as a sitting area.



The Complementary Apartment offers a gallery room with table, sofa, and TV, one bedroom with two beds, another bedroom with a double bed, desk, and TV, plus a bathroom.
