Un peu cher pour ce que c'est

Un peu déçue d'avoir déboursé 1200€ pour un appt vieillot refait vite fait à semblant neuf. Habillage portiere frigo dévissé, lunette des toilettes qui tient à rien, poignet de porte pret à lacher, coulis de peinture par ci par la sur les murs, stores à enroulage manuel qui ont 20 ans, menage n'a jamais ete fait sous les lits, murs du balcon sales, pas de bouilloire ds le coin cuisine, pas de bols pour les cereales des enfants au petit dej, pas de planche à decouper, pas d'etageres dans les placards.. ok on paie l'emplacement en centre ville, mais c'est honteux de ne pas soigner un minimum pour ce prix!! Le point positif est la disponibilité de la gérante qui propose une boite à clés avec un code pour ceux qui arrivent apres fermeture de l'agence. Pour les amateurs de belles plages ce n'est pas un endroit pour vous, mer boueuse, mouillage des bateaux de plaisance tres pres de la zone de baignade, plage étroite et beaucoup de passage. Preferez plage Perreire, infiniment plus belle, c'est ce que nous avons fait (à <10min de voiture).
