On the garden level, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator ..., a bedroom with a 2 x 80 trundle bed, a bathroom, garden and terrace with barbecue overlooking the kitchen. Parking space.
End of stay cleaning included
Linen not provided, possibility to rent them, for example pack of 90 sheets and towels: €30/week, a pack of 140 and towels for 2 people: €40/week, pack of 160 and towels for 2 people: €45/week. Rates are reduced if several weeks are rented.

Jolie maison ancienne mais literie également très ancienne

Points positifs : - Localisation - Style de la maison - Equipement intérieur et extérieur (majoritairement ancien mais qui fonctionne). - Environnement calme - Place de voiture dans le jardin Points négatifs : - La gestion de la location par l'agence est inexistante (pas de remise des clés sur place, pas d'entrée dans les lieux ni de sortie avec eux + ménage très mal fait par les locataires précédents. Il a donc fallu négocier avec l'agence pour un dédommagement malgré le fait que nous ayons payé d'avance les frais de ménage pour notre sortie). - Literie à renouveler car douleurs au dos quel que soit le lit ! - De gros moustiques tigre qui piquent jour comme nuit (lié à l'emplacement de la maison qui doit être proche d'un point d'eau ?) - Mentionné dans l'annonce donc nous le savions mais cela n'est vraiment pas pratique que la cuisine soit au sous sol/rez de jardin lorsque l'on a des enfants.
