Appartement agréable et tres bien situé, tres proche de la plage et du centre ville d'arcachon. Manque juste de la pression dans la douche et quelques jeux de société pour les journée pluvieuse.

Le sejour s'est tres bien passé. Belle région et appartement tres confortable, propre et bien agencé.Une toute petite remarque sur la douche, il n'y a pas de pression, on se lave sous un mini filet d'eau. Je ne sais pas si je réserverai à nouveau sur Abritel, car on paye la totalité sans jamais voir de contrat de location et une communication fantomatique. Ceci dit, tout s'est bien passé, mais au départ, ce n'est pas rassurant.

Séjours à arcachon

Appartement situé au rdc d une petite résidence au bord d un boulevard malheureusement très bruyant car très passagé... Il est constitué d'une cuisine bien équipée 👍avec un nécessaire complet pour manger et cuisiner 🍳la salle de séjour est spacieuse mais pas très lumineuse et il y a un vis à vis avec la rue ainsi qu avec toute personne rentrant dans la résidence car pas de voilage aux fenêtres une petite terrasse complète la salle de séjour qui n est pas utilisable car problème de vis à vis avec la rue trop bruyante et surtout le petit espace vert situé juste devant la terrasse sert de réservoir à dejections canine des gens de la résidence 🤢 la chambre à coucher est grande et équipée d'un grand lit il y a suffisamment de rangements pour les vêtements (armoire et commode) par contre une petite marche un peu dangereuse mene à la salle de bain muni d une douche à l italienne mais dont la paroi de protection est trop courte ce qui fait que l on se retrouve avec de l'eau partout... Pour ce qui est des commerces ils sont situés à environ 20/25 minutes à pied de la location donc la voiture est indispensable car les transports en commun ne sont pas nombreux et et distant de la location sinon de belles choses sont à voir mais aussi à déguster 🤤

Bel appartement quelques points à revoir

Apparemment fonctionnel tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour (jusqu'à la chaise bébé rare dans les locations de vacances !) En revanche problème avec l'incivilité d'un voisin. Il fait très chaud dans l'appartement en période estivale. Apparemment surchargé en décoration. Peu de choses pour faire le ménage ( Aspirateur quasi défectueux pas de produits de ménager ( ex pour sol ou cuisine /sdb)

Très bruyant

En voyant la photo avec le bout de verdure, je pensais me retrouver à l’arrière du bâtiment. Il n’en est rien, environ 3 m après le tronc d’arbre, il y a la rue, circulation continue et très bruyante du matin au soir, alors si on veut profiter de la terrasse … . Je n’ose imaginer ce que cela doit être en juillet août. En plus, chantier de construction à 2 pas. Aussi appartement en rdc mais 2 volées de marches inévitables àpd parking. Chambre lumineuse, séjour assez sombre. Équipé de façon adéquate, beaucoup de vaisselle et de couverts, mais quelques éléments rouillés à remplacer en cuisine (grand couvercle, chinois) et couvercles adaptés inexistants pour les 3 casseroles. Volet cuisine toujours pas fonctionnel. Portillon avec code qui la plupart du temps s’ouvre simplement en appuyant dessus ou qui les derniers jours ne s’ouvrait plus du tout, même avec le code… peut êre un changement de code dont je n’ai pas été avertie…. . Accès direct à la plage, juste à côté du port, par portillon au bout d’un petit chemin. Parking.

pour un coup d essai très bien réussi

Très bel appartement , accueil au top , appartement soigné il ne manque rien a 2 minutes de la plage par le petit passage qui donne sur le parking voiture sécurisé .Une terrasse où nous avons eu le bonheur de déjeuner plusieurs jours d affilés. Vous pouvez aller au centre ville a pied des deux cotés de l habitation avec une possibilité de faire vos courses tous les jours petit a petit .Région que je découvrais pour la première fois et où je retournerais très certainement prochainement .a faire eh bien évidement la Dune du Pyla a une vingtaine de minutes , les balades en mer avec un rapport qualité prix raisonnable , la ville d 'hiver et son parc ,la ville est d une propreté exemplaire .Dommage que nous n avions pas pu faire vivre plus les commerces du front de mer . Les plats a emporter de chez "Pierre " et les glaces et gaufres du commerce juste a coté et aussi de chez les "Sorbets d'Amour juste a coté du casino sont un régale.

Très bon accueil de la part de "Virginie Location". Elle prend le temps de tout expliquer, le sourire et l'amabilité en plus ! Appartement rénové récemment, bien équipé et très agréable. Dix petites minutes à pied suffisent pour rejoindre le centre ville. L'accès direct à la plage est un vrai plus. On reviendra !
