Experience the ultimate beach getaway at our inviting retreat! Comfortably sleeps 4, with shared amenities like a playground and basketball court for added fun. Situated within walking distance to the beach, and conveniently located only 10 minutes away from both Lexington and Port Sanilac. Ideal for families craving sun, sand, and endless memories by the shore. **This cottage is on a shared property
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 2 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors'way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
-Lastly, HAVE FUN!
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.

The cabin smells like mold weeds growing in the living area. My daughter and I were sick with in minutes of entering the cabin
