Enjoying a quiet position yet close to the town centre this lovely town house offers 3 bedrooms for up to 7 people. Very comfortably furnished and
tastefully decorated the house has a homely feel and provides spacious yet cosy holiday accommodation with long distance views from the
upstairs windows. Close to Appleby Station this is an ideal base for anyone wishing to use Public Transport.

The house is over 3 floors with the attic bedroom having 3 single beds, Bedroom 1 has a king size double and Bedroom 2 can be made up as a double or 2 singles. There is a small courtyard to the rear with access to the public pathway.

Appleby is a lovely place the house in our eyes probably needs updating, that said it served its purpose as we were hardly there(wedding) and everybody’s tastes are different and the house had everything we needed for a sensible price.

Had a great stay at this lovely house, everything was there that was needed, large property with plenty of space, and a small enclosed backyard for our dog which was perfect. It is situated opposite the train station (not noisy), and only a ten minute walk into the small town. Lovely quaint village with shops pubs restaurants, would definately return. Thank you

Great location and spacious accommodation

So close to the town centre, river and all the amenities. Opposite the train station where we were lucky enough to see The Flying Scotsman. The accommodation was great for our family as there was plenty of space and the yard was great for our dog.
