Our three apartments are located on the 1st and 2nd Floor of our turn of the century house. Due to the constant renovation and the partial expansion, you can now spend your vacation in cozy, comfortable apartments. All three apartments have a terrace or Balcony, so you get an impression of the wonderful landscape, the many vineyards and orchards, but also the large Montiggl recreational forest with the two idyllic bathing lakes. In the background you can also see the Dolomites and our local mountain Penegal.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche zu viert in der Ferienwohnung SĂŒden, die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Man ist zu Fuß schnell im Zentrum von Eppan und an der Bushaltestelle. Mit der Mobilcard fĂ€hrt man kostenlos mit dem Bus, z.B. nach Bozen oder mit der Mendelbahn hoch auf den Mendelpass. Der hauseigene Apfelsaft schmeckt traumhaft! Schön war auch, dass die Kinder ein eigenes Badezimmer hatten. Schöne AusflĂŒge sind z.B. Baden im Montiggler See (die lange Rutsche ist toll!) oder im Kalterer See, Besichtigung von Schloss Sigmundskron (Messner Mountain Museum), Besuch des Ötzis und des Planetariums in Bozen, Wandern in den Eislöchern und und und... Eine tolle Urlaubsgegend fĂŒr Familien!

Sehr nette Vermieter

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir sind mit einem Motorrad auf einem HĂ€nger angereist. Diesen konnten wir in den Garten schieben und das Motorrad bekam ein trockenes PlĂ€tzchen unter der Terrasse. Die Wohnung mit SĂŒdbalkon hatte eine tolle Aussicht, war gut ausgestattet und nett eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohlgefĂŒhlt. Jederzeit konnte man sich an die Vermieter wenden. Es wurde einem sehr nett geholfen und man bekam gute Tipps. Vielen Dank wird hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Schöner Aufenthalt bei sehr freundlichen Gastgebern

Wir hatten die FeWo SĂŒden, die sehr gerĂ€umig und gut eingerichtet ist. Die Beschreibung entspricht den tatsĂ€chlichen Begebenheiten. Die ruhige Lage in der Apfelplantage ist toll, die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Haus steht sehr viel Info-Material ĂŒber die Region zur VerfĂŒgung, die Bio-Äpfel sowie der Hauseigene Apfelsaft sind unvergleichlich. Auch die Lage ist gut, GeschĂ€fte und Restaurants sowie das Dorfzentrum, Haltestelle etc. sind fußlĂ€ufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Kurzum: Die ganze Familie war mehr als zufrieden, auch wenn der Aufenthalt nur ein paar wenige Tage gedauert hat.

Schöne aussichtsreiche und ruhige Lage

Die Wohnung ist klein, schon etwas Ă€lter in der Einrichtung, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da sie viel Charme hat und insgesamt sehr praktisch im Detail ausgestattet ist (auch Abstellmöglichkeiten fĂŒr unsere RĂ€der im Keller, mit dem Rad nach Bozen - kein Problem). Das Kinderzimmer ist richtig gemĂŒtlich und schnuckelig, das Elternschlafzimmer ist mit bequemen Matratzen ausgestattet und verwöhnt einen mit Blick auf die Berge aus dem Bett und direktem Zugang zum Balkon ( lang aber schmal). Dass man in dieser kleinen Wohnung 2 Badezimmer unterbringen kann, ist besonders mit Teenagern ein echter Segen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Als wir unsere Wanderschuhe im Flur deponierten hatten, stand flux ein kleines Schuhregal da, Wasser- und Apfelsaftflaschen aus Glas kann man umweltbewusst im Haus kaufen. St. Michael ist ein wunderschöner Ort mit unglaublich vielen großen HerrenhĂ€usern und guter Ausgangspunkt zu kleinen und großen Bergtouren oder zu den nahen und warmen Badeseen (Montiggler Seen), was fĂŒr uns genau die richtige Mischung von aktiver und passiver Erholung bot. Wir konnten in den 11 Tagen nicht alles sehen, was wir uns vorgenommen hatten. Einen Besuch des Gasthof Lipp in Perdonig sollte man unbedingt einbauen: grandioser Ausblick von der Terrasse auf 2 TĂ€ler und Bozen! Viele GrĂŒĂŸe an Familie Christoph und vielleicht bis nĂ€chstes Jahr!
