The staff are attentive, helpful and well co-ordinated. Offers surprisingly great western style breakfast, you will get something like freshly prepared Egg Benedict, a machine that makes fresh pancakes, you can make your own fresh orange juice with the juicer just by loading the oranges of your choice. What can be improved? It would be nice to have 4 pillows for a double room instead of the current 2pcs. A bigger safe box in the room. Add-on coin laundry facility will make it great!

Connected directly to Aomori station. Super convenient location. Room is very spacious. Definitely one of the best hotel rooms I've booked in Japan and was relatively cheap compared to other much smaller hotels.

Well appointed and connected. Literally just outside the station and next to restaurants and shopping. Place smells wonderful and room is bright. We appreciated having space to do our own thing as bathroom, toilet and luggage area were separated. A minor issue at check in - while they stored our luggage for us, they did not process check in at 1pm. We understand that rooms are available from 3pm so why did they need to ask for all our passports to verify a reservation? We had to extract our passports from secure locations under winter clothing and luggage, and go thru the hassle of re-securing and packing our stuff in the lobby. Twice. Small things matter so maybe the hotel can reconsider.

I stayed for four nights at this hotel and had a great time. The staff were very helpful, and I loved their health and wellness concept. I made use of several services, including a massage, yoga, and wellness counseling, and I felt fantastic after my stay. I even tried a fatigue recovery injection, which really helped me recover from the travel fatigue. The food was excellent, too. If you have a chance, definitely try their delicious Eggs Benedict. The onsen and their lounge were very good, too. I highly recommend this hotel if you're ever in Aomori.
