Simple motel. Outside everything looks beat up, but the rooms are comfortable, except the pillows. It's a little outside of the center of the town. No breakfast, but there's good coffeeshop in the town.

We called to confirm our accommodations night before arriving. At no time were we informed that our room did not have hot water. We went back to help our friends get them a room and they were informed they could choose a room either without working toilet or no hot water. They of course chose no hot water but when we all arrived after riding motorcycles all day they had hot water and we did not. Management would even give a discount. Definitely will not be back!!!
