The hotel was nice and in a good location if you want peace and quiet. The staff were very nice and hospitable. There were a few adjustments needed on the first night but nonetheless it was still a good stay overall. Would def recommend this property if you prefer to be away from the center at night to have peace.

The hotel was fine for the purpose of our trip, but the air conditioner was not working and they said it was under repair, no one came to check it for 4 days. I think the staff of this hotel saves our experience, they are good people who just follow the rules of their bosses but the hotel management has to solve things and problems at their level that affect their customers. They offer a good breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, I was really disappointed with my experience. While I was getting ready in my room, the front desk guy opened my door without confirming if I was inside—super unsettling. The next morning, I was sleeping and they opened my door AGAIN! This has never happened to me before, and I travel often, so I was pretty shocked. I asked to speak with the manager, but no one assisted me with that. On top of that, the noise was unbearable—dogs barking non-stop, construction work (chapiando), and people passing by constantly. If you’re trying to sleep in or relax, this is not the place for you. The dog started barking at 6 am every day, making it impossible to get a peaceful rest. Sadly, I won’t be returning

Agradable y relajante estancia

El lugar es muy agradable y el jardín es hermoso, ideal para una estancia relajada. Está un poco alejada del centro (15 minutos caminando) lo cual proporciona tranquilidad. El desayuno sencillo pero delicioso. Muy recomendable lugar para pasar unas noches en La Antigua
