Appartement très bien situé,bien agencé.plage à proximité. Juste une requête un transat sur la terrasse aurait été le top . Mais appartement que nous relouerons volontiers ! Proche de tout tout en étant au calme .

Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung schmutzig , es fehlten Toilettenpapier , Reinigungsmittel , Filtertüten etc. Der Staubsauger war voller Schmutz. Internet , TV , Radio funktionierten nicht . Wir mussten die Wohnung schon 8.00 Uhr verlassen !

Nettes kleines Apartment, vernünftiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt. Mit Parkplatz (super, weil Parkplätze in der Gegend rar sind). Schöner Blick in den hübschen Garten, auf den Pool. Super TV (Netflix), 2 Klimaanlagen, Küche top ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle usw.). Allerdings keine Geschirrhandtücher, kein Salz, kein Essig/Öl usw. - Kleinigkeiten, die einem ein bisschen das Gefühl geben würden, willkommen zu sein. Das Apartment ist für 2 Personen ok. Sehr hellhörig (Wohnungstür hat einen 1cm breiten Schlitz zum Korridor), was außerhalb der Saison nicht so schlimm war. Man bekommt nur 1 Schlüssel, man muss aber, um ans/ins Apartment zu kommen, mind. 2 Türen mit Transponder öffnen, so dass wir nie getrennt rausgehen konnten. In direkter Nähe: toller Supermarkt, 1, 2 Restaurants (waren geschlossen, da off-season). 15 Minuten Spaziergang nach Golfe Juan mit diversen weiteren Restaurants. Die Kommunikation: ein bischen "schwergängig".

l'appartement est très bien mais le séjour a été gâché par le bruit des maçons aménageant l'irrigation du jardin. La situation de l'appartement est un peu excentrée plus proche de Golfe Juan que de Juan les pins mais est-ce un défaut?

Super séjour

Excellent accueil des parents des propriétaires de l'appartement en leur absence. Une bouteille de pétillant italien bien fraîche nous attendait à notre arrivée . Explications détaillées verbales et écrites sur le lieu de résidence et la région. Résidence très bien située avec piscine et à proximité du bord de mer. L'appartement avec place de parking est bien équipé tel que décrit dans l'annonce. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et reviendrons certainement. Merci à nos hôtes que nous saluons.
