In a small residence, spacious air-conditioned apartment with 3 rooms, located on the second and last floor. The South -West orientation gives it exceptional brightness throughout the day. It consists of a living room extended by a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. The kitchen opens onto a terrace overlooking a garden. It becomes a privileged place for breakfast or lunch. The two bedrooms, one with a 160x200 bed and one with twin beds 90x200 open onto a terrace. All bedding is new. Also note that the bathroom and toilet are independent.

Great stay

Clarence was a great host. Replied quickly to messages I sent and showed us around apartment on arrival giving information on local area and amenities. Apartment is situated near to beach, supermarkets and restaurants, all of which are within walking distance. Had a great holiday.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Il est difficile de trouver à se garer. Heureusement qu'il est facile d'aller à la plage ou faire des courses à pieds. Appartement agréable spacieux proche de la plage de Juan les pins . Propriétaire très sympathique et à l écoute Petit bémol pendant la période estivale les places de parking difficiles et le bruit des véhicules la nuit si l on ne ferme pas les fenêtres.( heureusement climatisé) Je recommande cette location

Appartement très bien situé, nous avons énormément apprécié le boulevard des plages à quelques minutes à pied, boulevard très animé (bars, restaurants, marché nocturne etc….), le top pour les ballades du soir, pour manger une glace ou une gaufre😋 La literie est au top, nous avons très bien dormi! L’immeuble est très calme. L’appartement est très spacieux, la petite terrasse est parfaite pour le petit déjeuner, la grande est parfaite pour l’apéro du soir et le dîner. Merci à Clarence pour son accueil, qui nous avait même gardé une place devant l’immeuble pour garer notre voiture à l’arrivée et avec qui la communication est facile. Wohnung okay

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt okay, aber die Ausstattung hat schon mal bessere Tage gesehen (ist teilweise schon recht abgenutzt); für 4 Personen sind das Geschirr und die Gläser schon recht wenig. Leider hat die Wohnung, entgegen der Beschreibung auf FeWo-direkt.de, keinen eigenen Parkplatz! Clarence konnte jedoch kurzfristig etwas organisieren, sodaß es für uns keinerlei Probleme mit dem Parken gab. Einen großen Dank an Clarence auch für die schnellen Rückmeldungen per Mail. Von der Lärmbelastung ist es schon recht heftig, da gegenüber eine große Küche für Hotel/Residence liegt, die morgens sehr früh beliefert wird - ebenso ist dort jeden Tag, auch am Wochenende, die Müllabfuhr (alles so zwischen 5 und 7 Uhr). Sehr gut sind die Klimaanlagen in 3 Räumen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine usw. Bäcker, Supermarkt in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen - Bushaltestellen ebenfalls. Zu empfehlen die 200er Linie nach Cannes (ca.30 min) und Nizza (1 Stunde 25min) .

L'appartement est agréable, le propriétaire est très serviable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, c'est important. La cuisine bien aménagée donnant sur un petit balcon pour prendre le déjeuner. Malheureusement, bien que l'appartement soit situé près du centre et des plages - encore un atout -, les rues environnantes sont très passantes de nuit comme de jour, et bruyantes. Malgré les fenêtres isolées. Le propriétaire a installé la climatisation, étant donné qu'on ne peut les ouvrir la nuit s'il fait chaud. Donc à ne pas conseiller aux personnes sensibles à l'environnement. Dommage.

Tutto positivo, appartamento bello ed ottima posizione. Problema che il parcheggio non esiste ed ogni volta occorre dedicare 10 - 15 minuti per parcheggiare nei dintorni.

Propriétaire très accueillant et agréable. L'appartement est bien situé, au calme de la foule, à proximité des commerces et à 300 m de la plage. Sur la terrasse le parasol est indispensable et 2 fauteuils ou chaises longues seraient les bien venus.
