The hotel is possibly run by the nicest couple to ever run a hotel. It is located close to everything but is quiet. The garden in the back makes breakfast a joy. My room was small but adequate, with the bonus of a little patio. Shower space was very tight.

I liked the friendliness of the people who ran the hotel and their kind helpfulness, their efforts at communication with us, despite language difficulties. For instance, we couldn't get a taxi to a concert in Juan-les-Pins, so they gave us a lift to the venue, to save our having to walk far in the heat of the early evening.

The hotel was a short walk to the beach. We also selected it because it said there was parking. But be advised that this hotel does NOT have its own parking lot. There is an inexpensive lot down the street but it is very difficult to find empty spaces during the evening hours. We had to circle for over an hour on some nights.

It is a nice clean place with really friendly hosts. The only inconvenience is that there is no parking of the hotel. I had to drive around in the neighborhood for 20 minutes to find a spot to park just for the check in. The receptionist explain me that there is paid parking lot in around 500 meters so I finally parked there.

The main issue with this hotel was NO parking. Having to find a place on the street was not easy & there's not even a place to pull off the street to unload bags.

Nice and cosy hotel near beach

Very nice and cosy hotel near Juan les pins beach - only 2 minutes away. The hotel is run by elderly couples who are very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and functional - only issue I found is - they are a bit on the smaller side, but you are not there to enjoy the room is it -:) It fully met my family if three's requirement for 5 days. We might decide to go back again.

Extremely good value

Very friendly owner, room was tidy, bathroom compact, excellent shower. Breakfast was good standard, was able to go onto to open-air terrace area out back every morning, if not plenty of space inside. Just over 5 min walk from train station and centre of JLP, the beach was about 100-150 yards away. Plenty of places to eat and drink very close by, but main area was in central bit. In such an expensive area/resort, this hotel was very good value for money - was made to feel very welcome -Many thanks ty

Lovely family run hotel

Very close to the beach and 10 minute walk to the town centre. Had everything I needed for a short stay - comfortable bed, decent shower, effective AC, and good WiFi. Good value varied breakfast. The best thing about the hotel was the family that ran it - friendly, welcoming, and would go out of their way to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely use it again.

Close to beach but very average hotel

It was fine really, what you would expect for the price you pay. Staff v nice but room standard and towels only changed once in four days (which would have been find but they never dried!) Noise did leak through and there was no 'do not disturb signs' so expect eager taps on the door from 0930. Lighting was bad and sink didn't clear but apparently this is all eco friendly. Like I said, was fine but don't expect any luxury

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Owner lovely, polite, professional and very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was nice, especially having it out in the garden. We stayed for 13 nights, however felt that 1 drawer was not sufficient for 2 people, and had to live out of our suitcases. There is scope to have more drawers by changing the bedside units into sets of drawers, and changing the dressing table (which had the 1 drawer in) into a chest of drawers giving much more drawer space rather than having a little stool you don't use. If the dresser moved to where the chiller was you could also put the mirror above it rather than the mirror being on wall with nothing beneath it, this would enhance the room greatly. The room was lovely and clean, bathroom a good size, and towels and toiletries replenished. The room overlooked the courtyard which was really lovely, and so peaceful. The mattress was really comfortable, and decor pleasant. I would recommend this hotel, we had a lovely time .

Great little hotel!

Great find! Close to the beach and the centre of Juan Les Pins but just off the main street so quiet at night! Room was lovely. Clean, modernly styled and had everything we needed. Flat screen TV with international channels, safe, air con and wifi all included in the price. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Would definitely recommend! We came for the Monaco Grand Prix - easy train links up to Monaco. Perfect trip!
